The Infrastructure of KIDS has been laid down according to the DCI guidelines. The campus has a lush green environment housing the three-storied building which has all nine dental departments in it.
It has all the latest facilities and technologies that have been introduced in the field of dentistry. The departments are well-maintained, spacious, and sterilized regularly.

There are separate Immunohistochemistry Lab which comes under the Oral and Maxillofacial Department.

Accommodation Facilities
There are separate Hostels for Boys and Girls with 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance. The rooms have been constructed spaciously in an eight-storied building. There are options of single or double seater rooms along with that the option of AC and non-AC is available too.
The Dining hall is well ventilated and Hygiene is given proper care. The rooms have a bed with a mattress, a study table along with a chair, individual cupboard with a lock and key. The other facilities available are 24-hour electricity and water supply.

Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology
The department is located on the ground floor of the building consisting of a spacious reception area, with separate undergraduate and postgraduate sections. Here the major role is to do the oral investigation, diagnosis, and probable treatment requiring referral to the concerned departments.
It has all the audio-visual facilities along with dental X-ray units, OPG machine, CBCT machine, Cephalometric unit, Whole body X-ray and Digital Radiovisiography (RVG).
Department of Periodontics and Oral Implantology
This department deals with the various prevention, treatment, and diagnosis of the gum health of the teeth. Also looks after various other cosmetic procedures such as skin grafts, and tissue reduction, and focuses on improving the aesthetics of the patient.

This department is situated on the ground floor of the main dental building. Its major concern is with geriatric patients whose complaints are major of missing teeth and full mouth rehabilitation.
