Christ University Bangalore Overview
Christ College was founded in 1969 and is now Christ (Deemed to be University). With an inventive and committed faculty backing, it took on ground-breaking efforts in Indian higher education by introducing cutting-edge and modern curricula, insisting on academic discipline, delivering holistic education, and implementing international higher education standards.
Christ University received autonomy from the University Grants Commission (UGC) of India in 2004 and was recognized as an institution with excellent potential in 2006. In 2008, the Ministry of Human Resource Development of the Government of India declared the college a “deemed” university in the name and style of Christ University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956. CHRIST (Deemed to be a university) holds the highest grade of “A” on a scale of 1 to 4, making it one of the first Indian universities to receive NAAC accreditation in 1998. The 55.77-acre Bangalore Central Campus has 269 classrooms with audiovisual capabilities and 11 seminar halls distributed among Blocks I, II, III, IV, the Central Block, the Research and Development Block, and the Auditorium Block. Bannerghatta Campus Facilities
This campus, which is 2.4 acres in size and located 7 kilometers from the Bangalore Central Campus, has 52 classrooms that can use audiovisual equipment on all seven floors.
The campus contains a fitness center, male dormitories, and well-equipped labs. The Campus offers a complete AC seminar room and a mini auditorium with seating capacities of 120 and 250, respectively, to arrange co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
The Campus also has a cutting-edge auditorium that has seating for 1700 people. Staff cabins are next to the classrooms on each level of the Academic Block. The sixth and seventh floors of the Auditorium Block contain a well-equipped library and two symposia halls.
A canteen and a few more food courts are situated on the ground floor of the Auditorium Block and other floors of the Campus. Elevators can reach all floors, and the Campus offers reprographic services.

Kengeri Campus Facilities
It is situated on 80 acres of forested terrain, 22 kilometers from Bangalore on the Bangalore Mysore highway. Large floodlit sports courts, integrated Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, audio-visual-enabled classrooms, secure hostels and gyms for men and women, four air-conditioned seminar rooms with separate seating capacities ranging from 50 to 400, and two contemporary auditoriums are all features of this campus.

Yeshwanthpur Campus
In July 2022, Christ University inaugurated a new campus in Yeshwanthpur, which became operational in August 2022. The campus spans 16 lakh square feet and is ten stories tall.
