Eligibility Criteria for MDS Admission in Kerala
The eligibility criteria for admission to MDS courses in Kerala are as follows:
1. Academic Qualification
- Indian Citizens: Only Indian citizens, including OCI/PIO cardholders, are eligible. However, OCI/PIO candidates are not eligible for reservation benefits.
- BDS Degree: Candidates must possess a BDS degree from a recognized dental college in Kerala or equivalent as per the Indian Dentists Act, 1948.
- Registration: Registration with the Kerala State Dental Council is mandatory.
- Internship: A 12-month Compulsory Rotating Internship (CRRI) must be completed in a recognized dental college on or before June 30, 2024.
