- Candidates must qualify for NEET MDS to be eligible for MDS admission in Haryana.
- General Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a citizen of India.
- Must have passed BDS/MBBS from a recognized college or university.
- Must have completed a one-year compulsory internship from any college recognized by the Medical/Dental Council of India.
- Management Quota

Haryana NEET MDS Counselling 2025
Haryana NEET MDS Counselling 2025, conducted by PBDSUHS Rohtak under DMER Haryana, facilitates MDS admissions in government and private dental colleges across the state through multiple rounds.
First Round:
–> Candidates obtain their provisional seat allocation letter from the website following seat allocation.
–> Present the original documents, a copy of the application, and the paid fee to the designated college.
–> If the deadline is missed, the seat will be cancelled.
Second Round:
–> Candidates must do fresh Registration on https://uhsrcetadmissions.in/ and give preferences.
–> All registered candidates’ combined merit lists are created, and if there are seats available, candidates can move or upgrade.
Third Round:
–> Upgrades and shifts are permitted depending on merit and preferences; the procedure is the same as the second round, with a chance for new registration.
Stray Round:
–> Regarding the remaining open seats.
–> In this round, only transfers from private to government universities are permitted.
