Registration Process:
Step 1: To register, candidates must complete the online application and pay the necessary fee online. Under no circumstances will the counselling registration money be refunded.
Step 2: Candidates must fill out the online application completely, add their photo and signature (same as on the NEET Admit Card), and place any other necessary documents in the designated area.
Step 3: It is additionally advised that applicants double-check their entries and information before submitting them. Upon completing the application, applicants must print a hard copy of the completed form.
Step 4: If an applicant wants to change any information or add new documents after submitting their application, they must pay an extra Rs. 500 per session (only online) during the allotted period for registration.
Counseling Process:
Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Education University, Dehradun will conduct Uttarakhand NEET BDS/MDS Counselling for 2025 for private dental colleges.
- The NEET BDS/MDS-2025 counselling will be conducted in online mode only.
- To participate in counselling against PG State/All India-Management quota seats, all NEET BDS/MDS-2025 qualifying and eligible applicants must register for several rounds of counselling.
- After registering and paying the necessary fees, candidates who were not able to register for the first round of counselling can take part in the second and third rounds.
- Only those who have registered will be permitted to attend that specific counselling session.
- Registration facility is available in each round of counselling as notified in the counselling schedule. To become eligible to participate in any particular round of counselling, candidate have to register themselves and fill out their choices in that particular round of counselling.
- During different counselling rounds, the student is allowed to make new choices as per the following:
- Round 1:
- It will be a free exit round, meaning that if a candidate is selected for a seat in the first round, they will not be penalized and will still be eligible for further rounds even if he does not report or attend the designated institution.
- Round 2 and Round 3:
- It will be Exit with Forfeiture, which implies that if a candidate is given a New/Fresh seat in the second and third rounds of counseling and decides he does not want to take the seat, he can still leave with forfeiture (losing the paid security fee).
- No candidate will be allowed to leave, resign, or give up their round III position.
- Candidates may resign from their permitted seats in Rounds I or II with the forfeiture of their security money if they want to do this before the start of Round III.
- Candidates may choose to upgrade their seats in Rounds II and III of counseling if they were assigned a seat in Round I or Round II.
- The seat assigned in the previous round gets automatically canceled and given to the next qualified candidate based on merit if a candidate is given an upgraded seat. Candidates are advised to make thoughtful choices.
- Round 1:

- Only registered candidates will be allowed to participate in round I of counselling.
- Online Fee Payment of Rs 6500/- By Credit/Debit Card/Net banking for all categories.
- The registration fee will be valid only for two rounds (I, II &III ) of counselling.
