- Candidates can select unlimited options for colleges and specialities.

- Allotment Process:
- Selected candidates must pay a university fee of ₹49,600 to download the provisional allotment order.
- They must report to the allotted college with original certificates, tuition fees, and necessary bonds by the specified deadline.
- Important Notes:
- Non-reporting to the allotted seat renders the candidate ineligible for subsequent phases.
- Candidates remain eligible for upgradation until Phase-III.
Phase-II Counselling
- Procedure:
- Similar to Phase-I, with seat availability displayed prior to web options.

- Candidates allotted and reported in Phase-I.
- Candidates not allotted a seat in Phase-I.
- Candidates were allotted a seat in Phase-I but did not join (previously blocked seats are unavailable for reallocation).
- Free Exit:

Phase-III Counselling (Mop-Up Round)
- Procedure:
- Similar to earlier phases.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates who reported in earlier phases.
- Candidates were not allotted any seats in the previous phases.
- Candidates who did not join earlier phases (previously blocked seats are unavailable).
- Important Notes:
- Candidates holding a seat in this round cannot participate in further counselling.
- Vacancies arising due to candidates joining AIQ Round 3 will be filled during this round.
Stray Vacancy Round
- Fresh Registrations:
- Only fresh registrations and choice filling are allowed. Options from earlier phases will not be considered.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates were not allotted any seats in earlier phases.
- Candidates were allotted a seat but did not join.
- Candidates not registered in earlier phases.
- Not Eligible Candidates:
- Candidates already holding MDS seats in State/AIQ/Deemed universities.
- Candidates are allotted a seat in the State Stray Vacancy round of the Competent Authority Quota.
- Reporting:
- Candidates allotted a seat must report and join; failure to do so will result in debarment from future counselling for one academic year.
