- The second PUC or 10+2 exam must have been completed by the General Merit candidates with a minimum cumulative score of 45% (40% for Karnataka State candidates who are SC, ST, and OBC) in Mathematics and Physics, in addition to one of the following optional subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science, or Electronics.
