Eligibility Criteria for UG Courses

• You must have passed your Pre-University Course (PUC) / 12th or any other equivalent examination to be eligible. 
• Alternatively, you can have a GCE/JGCSE/GCSE Certification with a minimum of FIVE subjects passed at ‘O’ level & TWO subjects at ‘A’ level. 
• Another option is to have a Pass certificate / Diploma of a Secondary Stage Level Examination (12 Years) of any discipline recognized by any country’s national level board/council.

Eligibility Criteria for PG Courses

MBA

To be considered for admission into the MBA program, the candidate needs to meet one of the following three conditions:

1. Possess a graduate degree in any field from a recognized university and have scored a minimum of 50% marks in total under the bachelor’s degree or diploma.

2. Hold an honors degree from a recognized university under the UGC Act, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, including languages, under the 10+2+4 pattern.

3. Have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree through correspondence or Open University System from this university or any other university recognized by law. Candidates who have obtained their degree through correspondence or the Open University System do not have to follow the 10+2 pattern. The degree program’s duration should be 3+2 years.

M.Com

To be eligible for an M.Com, candidates must complete a bachelor’s degree program in either BCOM or BBA at the undergraduate level.

MCA

To be considered for admission to MCA course, the applicant must satisfy the following conditions:

1. They must have completed a recognized BCA/Bachelor’s Degree in CS Engineering or an equal degree.

2. In addition to other requirements, candidates must have completed a B.Sc./B.Com/B.A. degree with Mathematics either at the 10+2 level or at the graduation level.

3. The candidate should have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in all subjects in all years of the degree examination.

If the candidate belongs to ST, SC or Category-I of Karnataka, they will be eligible for admission with a minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying examination.

Eligibility Criteria for PhD Doctoral Programs

To be eligible for registration in a Ph.D. program, a candidate must meet the following requirements:

• The candidate must have a Master’s Degree or any other Degree/Diploma from a university that is well-recognized, with at least of 55% total marks or an equivalent CGPA.
• However, this condition is relaxed to 50% for candidates in the SC/ST/Cat-I categories.
• In addition, candidates with at least five years of regular experience as teachers, library professionals, physical education instructors, or laboratory staff in educational institutions are also eligible to apply.
