Al-Badar Dental College and Hospital were established by Al-Badar Educational and Charitable Trust. The college was established in the year 1992 with the aim to provide quality education in the field of dentistry. The college provides both under-graduation (BDS) and post-graduation (MDS) courses.

The college is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and is approved by DCI. The affiliation letter has been uploaded before. The college used to work on its own building near the bus stand. Later the college building was built on a 6-acre land near the naganhalli road. The building allocates all dental departments in a total area of 100000 square feet.

Course Duration: 4 Years + 1 Year Internship

The following are the eligibility criteria for BDS admission :

• The candidate must be of at least 17 years of age during the admission procedure of that academic year.
• Candidate must pass 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
• Candidate must score at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
• The candidates must qualify NEET-UG Examination.

Master of Dental Surgery(MDS)

Course Duration: 3 Years

The following are the eligibility criteria for MDS admission:

• The candidate must have a BDS Degree or Equivalent which is recognized by NITTE or Dental Council of India.
• The candidate must have attended the compulsory rotating internship after passing the final year university examination of BDS.
• The candidates must qualify for NEET-MDS
