AME’S Dental College was established in the year 1991 and was recognized by the Dental Council of India in 1996. The college is affiliated with RGUHS or Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, and is approved by the Government of India.

Admission Under General Merit Category:

• The admission will be done by NEET UG Exam and on the merit list.
• Eligibility for candidates is mentioned before itself.

List of Documents for Admission for General Merit Candidates:

• 10th Standard marks list or pass certificate for proof of date of birth. An original copy and 3 attested copies should be provided.
• 12th Standard or equivalent marks card and pass certificate. An original copy and 3 attested copies should be provided.
• Transfer Certificate –  Original copy and 3 attested copies should be provided.
• Conduct Certificate –  Original copy and 3 attested copies should be provided.
• Eligibility Certificate approved by RGUHS.
• Migration Certificate –  Original copy and 3 attested copies should be provided.
• Physical Fitness.
• Blood Group Certificate.
• Photographs – 5 Passport Size and 5 Stamp Size.

Admission Under NRI Quota:

• Eligibility and other details same as above.

List of Documents for Admission for NRI Quota:

• 10th Standard marks list or pass certificate for proof of date of birth. An original copy and 3 attested copies should be provided.
• 12th Standard or equivalent marks card and pass certificate. An original copy and 3 attested copies should be provided.

AME’s Dental College Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor of Dental Surgery(BDS):

Course Duration: 4 + 1 Year Internship

For admission towards BDS in AME’s Dental College and Hospital, the following are the criteria:

• Candidate must pass 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
• Candidate must score at least 50% in PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
• The candidate must compulsorily pass English Subject during the 10+2 or equivalent examination.
• The candidate must be at least 17 years of age during the admission procedure of that academic year.

Entrance Exam Eligibility for Admission towards BDS:

• Candidates who want to join AME’s Dental College must qualify for the NEET(National Eligibility Entrance Test)  UG Entrance Exam of that academic year without fail.
• The qualified candidates will be informed and allotted a set according to the merit list.

Masters of Dental Surgery(MDS):

Course Duration: 3 Years

If a candidate wishes to take admission in AME’s Dental College and Hospital for MDS course must have the following Eligibility:

• The candidate must have a BDS Degree or Equivalent which is recognized by the Dental Council of India.
• The candidate must have attended the compulsory rotating internship after passing the final year university examination of BDS.
