Step 1- Qualify NEET
Candidates must qualify for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test to be eligible for admission.
Step 2- Register for State Counselling
After qualifying, candidates must register for State Counselling through its official website.
Step 3- Payment for Participation
The candidates have to pay the registration Fee, which may be in the range of INR 1000-5000, depending upon their category. Along with that, there may be a refundable security deposit, which, after the counselling, will be automatically transferred to the same bank account from which the candidate had transferred the initial payment or might get adjusted in the fee of the allotted seat of the student.
Step 4- Option Entry in State Counselling
Candidates must enter their preferences for dental colleges and courses during State counseling. They can prioritize the options entered. One student can fill in as many choices as possible, giving better chances of seat allotment. However, due diligence on the quality of the colleges entered should be performed in order to get the best choices.
Step 5- Seat Allotment through State Counselling
Based on the candidate’s NEET rank, preferences, category, and availability of seats, seats will be allotted to candidates.
Step 6- Post Allotment Procedure
Once a candidate is allotted a seat in the medical or dental college through State counselling, they must download the allotment letter from the State portal, report to the college within the stipulated time along with the original documents, and pay the fee to complete the admission formalities.

BDS
- Candidates for admission to BDS course must have passed 10 + 2 with subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Zoology and English individually and must have obtained 50% marks in PCB subjects.
- Qualification in the NEET-UG examination.
MDS
- For admission to the MDS course, the candidate must have a BDS degree from a university recognized by the DCI.
- Must have completed the rotatory internship by 31st March of the year of admission.
