Undergraduate Program (B.Arch)

Eligibility Criteria:

• No Candidates shall be admitted to architecture course unless he/she passed an examination at the end of the 10 + 2 scheme (i.e., 12th Std or II-PUC) of examination, with a minimum eligibility score of at least 50 %. Aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics also at least passed with a minimum score of 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination or passed 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 50 % Marks in the aggregate.
• Also, in either of the above cases in I, the candidate must have appeared and qualified in the aptitude test in architecture conducted either by NTA ¬(i.e., JEE) or “NATA” conducted by the Council of Architecture.
• Candidate must satisfy the eligibility criteria I & II to be eligible for admission to the 1st year of the 5-year bachelor’s degree in Architecture Program for the academic session.

Admission through KCET

• The candidates seeking admission under this quota need to necessarily register using the online forms hosted on the KEA website under Architecture counselling and once registered, should regularly check the announcements made on the KEA website.
•  The candidate must have appeared and qualified in the aptitude test in architecture conducted either by NTA (i.e., JEE) or “NATA” conducted by the Council of Architecture.
•  Note: KEA will not be conducting any Common Entrance Test for candidates seeking admission to B.Arch (Architecture Course) as per its existing rules.

Admission through COMED-K

• The candidates seeking admission under this quota need to necessarily register using the online forms hosted on the Comed-K website and once registered, should regularly check the announcements made on the Comed-K website.
•  Candidates should have appeared for National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture.
•  Note: COMEDK will not be conducting any Common Entrance Test for candidates seeking admission to B.Arch (Architecture Course) as per its existing rules.

Admission through Management quota

• Counselling will be held from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Only 40 Counselling per day
• Please note that BMS Educational Trust and BMS College of Engineering and other Sister Institutions remains closed on Sundays, 2nd & 4th Saturdays and on Government Holidays.

Postgraduate Program (M.Arch)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should have 50% or more marks in Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent recognized by Council of Architecture, New Delhi.
• Candidates should qualify in GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) or PGETA (Postgraduate Entrance Test in Architecture conducted by COA) or PGCET (Post Graduate Common Entrance Test, conducted by KEA).

Admission Process:

• Admission through Postgraduate Entrance Test in Architecture conducted by COA.
• Admission through Post Graduate Common Entrance Test, conducted by KEA.
