Here’s a step by step procedure on how to procure the admission form:
Step 1: Application Form
The application form for Merit-Based Candidates and SNET Candidates can be obtained by paying an application fee of Rs. 1500 cash or a Demand Draft in the name of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, payable at the office of the university, or on the website of the university. The form can be obtained through the post with the additional charges of Rs. 50.
Step 2: Entrance Exam
Entrance Examination forms for various entrance tests, along with prospectuses, will be available as per advertisement issued by the authority/government conducting them from time to time.
Step 3: Selection
A List of selected candidates will be put up on the notice board of the University Central Office accordingly. University is not responsible for informing the students individually.
Admission Procedure for International Candidates:
Step 1: The international candidates are required to create their Study In India (SII) profile with a unique SII-ID by registering on the Study In India (SII) portal through the specified link: https://www.studyinindia.gov.in/admission/registrations and select Swami Vivekanand Subharti University. (This is mandatory from the session 2025-26 as per the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India).
Step 2: Candidates are required to fill enquiry/application form via https://subharti.org/admission-query-international the details along with the SII-ID.
Step 3: The candidate will get the Provisional Admission Offer Letter within two to three working days after the Office of ISGR completes the eligibility verification.
Step 4: After receiving the offer letter following the completion of the eligibility check, the student must deposit the one-time registration fee to confirm their enrollment.
Step 5: The student will get a Provisional Admission and Visa Invitation Letter from the institution upon receipt of the registration fee.
Step 6: To enroll in a full-time program, all foreign nationals and NRI students must have a student visa that has been approved by Swami Vivekanand Subharti University alone. Other endorsements are not permissible.
Step 7: Once a student gets the visa, he or she may pay the rest of the tuition, hostel/accommodation, and other prescribed fees before commencement of their journey from their home country.
