Placement Process

There are a few steps that the college believes the students will follow regarding the whole placement procedure. They are –

• The students are free to apply for companies offering jobs in their opted specialization through the placement cell.
• No applications from students in response to the press advertisements or to the organizations that have not notified the Placement Cell about their requirements shall be entertained by the Placement Cell.
• The student needs to notify the Placement Cell if they have applied for the same company before.
• If a company has approached the Placement Cell or is in the process of approaching the T&P for placements, no student shall approach any of these companies on their own, except through the Placement team. Students should submit a soft copy of their CV along with a photo to the T & P cell before the start of placements.
• Language learning programs to train students in developing their communication skills and foreign language skills.
• Students are advised to keep sufficient copies of resumes, passport-size photos, etc ready to submit as per the requirement of the company. So keeping several copies of their resume is required.

Sports

Among the many activities on the campus sports is the main focus of the Noida International Institute of Medical Sciences (NIIMS). Cafeteria

NIIMS has a large cafeteria where students can get timely meals. It is situated aside from the hostel block. So the access is quite easy. Only Veg Cruisine is available in the Cafeteria. With proper care, the cafeteria staff serves the students food. Any type of food colouring and harmful materials are strictly prohibited in the cafeteria. They promise a healthy atmosphere by maintaining proper hygiene. At a time 50 students could eat in this Cafeteria.

Auditorium

This college has a big auditorium that is used for classes after lunch. Mainly audio-visual teaching is provided here. Students are to wait in queue as there are only 75 seats in the auditorium. Teachers make groups and select a representative of each one who will lead their respective group in the auditorium. The representatives must set up the auditorium before a class starts. With proper equipment, this auditorium gives the students a rich exposure to audio-visual learning.

Library

A two-story library is situated on the college campus. Mainly students visit there for reading sessions. Over 5000 books are available in the library. You will get many foreign study materials here. NIIMS provides a library card and a book record card at the time of admission for each student. A time period of a week is given to each student for taking a book. Over 100 students could use this library at a time for reading.

Transportation

Being a large campus that resides over 75 acres of place. NIIMS gives a local transportation system. Buses from one departmental block to another are circulated timely. Students can use them as they feel suited. The main focus of the college is to maintain a proper network that holds the campus together. For outsiders, this transportation system is quite helpful.
