Completion of Online Registration and Application allows for the provisional allocation of available seats based on merit, college preferences, and course choices.
- Once the merit rank provided in the combined and category-wise merit list of eligible candidates based on the All India Merit of NEET-PG-2025 is displayed, the applicants can select the courses, colleges, and quota that best suit their preferences.
- The Director of Medical Education & Research, Shimla, conducts the Common/Centralized Counseling Committee. Its responsibility is to manage online allocation for the admissions process to Government and Private Medical/Dental Colleges (State & Management Quota) within the specified time frame.
- Candidates can get Provisional Allotment Letters via the university website after logging in and reporting to the college principal, following the provisional allocation of seats during the first and subsequent rounds of counseling. Along with photocopies of all necessary papers, they must also bring a photocopy of the confirmation of the online application form.
- Candidates must register for Round 2 of counseling on the university’s official website following the conclusion of Round 1.
- Candidates must re-register for Round 3 of counseling on the university’s official website if they were not assigned a seat in Rounds 1 or 2.
