  1. Registration and Choice Filing:

Step 1: According to the schedule, all qualified candidates must register online at https://apdhte.nic.in/apdhte.admissions.nic.in  and pay the required registration fees.

Step 2: Candidates must provide all the required documents, including their PWD certificate, NEET 2025 rank card, Class X certificate, Class XII mark sheet, category certificate and a photo.  These will be checked online.

Step 3: All candidates who are found eligible after document verification will be able to fill, change, reorder, and delete their choices of courses/institutes as per their preference as per the notified schedule.

Note: Candidates are required to print out their locked choices for future reference.

  1. Seat allotment and Reporting in the Institution during Round 1 of the counseling:
  • Candidates will be assigned seats for the first round based on their online choice-filling order, their merit according to NEET 2025, and the number of seats available in their respective categories, institutes, and courses.
  • Following the release of the first round of counseling results, applicants must go into their accounts and perform the following tasks:
    • See Seat Assignment.
    • Print the letter of provisional allocation.
    • Online payment of the security deposit and seat acceptance fee.
    • Online Willingness Submission.
  1. Seat allotment and Reporting in the Institution during Round 2 of the counseling:
  • Only the seats which remain vacant after the completion of reporting for the 1st Round will be available for allotment in the 2nd Round to the candidates.

  • After the second round, a spot round could be held to fill any leftover seats that are open, or if more seats become available after the counseling process has begun.
