  1. Registration Process:

Step 1: Go to the official website and select UG Medical Counselling from the menu at wbmcc.nic.in.

Step 2: Create login details by entering your date of birth, NEET roll number and application number.

Step 5: Pay the counseling fee and download the confirmation page.

Step 2: Distribution of Seats

Step 4: Admission

Admission at the Allotted College Level, as per the schedule being provided on the website https://wbmcc.nic.in 

There are a total of 4 rounds of Counseling: Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 and the Stray Vacancy round. Candidates need to register fresh for Round 3 and the Stray Vacancy round if not selected in Round 1 and 2. 

Documents Required for Admission

General Candidates:

  1. Candidate Profile Letter and payment receipt generated online after successful payment.
  2. Domicile certificate (a1, a2, b) or having a valid domicile certificate from the e-district website. 
  3. Valid Voter card/Aadhar card/Passport of the parent in case of domicile certificate of the parent is given, showing address as West Bengal (any 2 of the three ID cards as mentioned). 
  4. Caste Certificate as applicable (issued in the State of West Bengal).
  5. NEET UG 2025 admit card. 
  6. NEET UG 2025 Rank Card. 
  7. PwD certificate issued/verified through the online link provided by MCC, DGHS, Government of India, from IPGMER Kolkata as applicable.
  8. Age Proof. 
  9. Class 10+2 mark sheet. 
  10. Medical Certificate (from Registered Medical Practitioner). 

NRI Candidates

  1. Notarized Affidavit of the candidate or the sponsor who is an NRI.
  2. Documents claiming that the candidate/sponsor is an NRI (valid passport, visa, recent utility bill).
  3. Relationship of the NRI sponsor with the candidate as per the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
  4. Notarized Affidavit before the first class magistrate of the sponsor that he/she shall sponsor the entire course fee of the candidate.
