PRESIDENCY UNIVERSITY FEE CONCESSIONS AND SCHOLARSHIPS

The University offers Merit-Based Scholarships for State Board / CBSE / ICSE Students and unique scholarships for undergraduate programs. These scholarships and concessions are applicable for the first year only. Let us have a quick glimpse of the same.

  • Students with 90% and above / CGPA in 12th grade are eligible for a scholarship of Rs 30,000 and 80-89.99% CPGA Rs 20,000 upon the submission of PUC / 12th Std. Marks card.
  • Students from the North-Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, and Andaman & Nicobar are eligible for a particular scholarship of Rs 25,000 upon the submission of residential proof – Aadhaar card / Voter Id/Ration card.
  • Students under SC/ST Category with a minimum 60% marks are eligible for a particular concession of 30% of the tuition fee upon the submission of PUC/12th Std./Degree Marks Card, Caste certificate issued by the respective state Govt and residential proof – Aadhaar card / Voter Id/Ration card.

There are other course-specific scholarships as well.

SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING

  • M Tech Students with above 70% in 10th, 12th & Degree are eligible for a merit scholarship of Rs 35,000 upon submission of all academic marks cards (10th +PUC/12th+UG consolidated marks card)

JEE Based Scholarship (B. Tech Program)

  • Students qualified for JEE Advanced are eligible for a scholarship of Rs. 40,000 upon submission of the advance qualified document.
  • Students qualified with state entrance below the first 20000 ranks are eligible for a scholarship of Rs. 30,000 upon submission of entrance exam rank card.

SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT

MBA Program

  • Students with above 60% in CAT/XAT or 80 percentile to 84.99 percentile in MAT/CMAT and throughout 1st Division are eligible for a merit scholarship of Rs 50,000 upon submission of all academic marks cards.
  • Students with above 70% in CAT/XAT or 85 percentile to 89.99 percentile in MAT/CMAT and throughout 1st Division are eligible for a merit scholarship of Rs 60,000 upon submission of all academic marks cards.
  • Students with above 80% in CAT/XAT or 90 percentile in MAT/CMAT and throughout 1st Division are eligible for a merit scholarship of Rs 75,000 upon submission of all academic marks cards.
  • Students with above 70% throughout 10th, 12th & Degree are eligible for a merit scholarship of Rs 35,000 upon submitting all academic marks cards.

SCHOOL OF LAW

Integrated LL.B. Program

  • Students with LSAT score/Percentile above 80 percentile are eligible for a merit scholarship of Rs 30,000 upon submitting the LSAT Scorecard.
  • Students with CLAT rank up to 3000 are eligible for a merit scholarship of Rs 30,000 upon submitting the CLAT Scorecard.

Merit-Based Scholarship (LL.M. Program)

  • Students with above 70% throughout 10th, 12th & Degree are eligible for a merit scholarship of Rs 35,000 upon submitting all academic marks cards.
