3. For SC/ST/Reserved Category candidates must have obtained forty percent with the main subjects.
4. The minimum age of the candidate must not be less than seventeen years of age on or before 31^st December on the year of getting admissions.
5. He/she must have qualified in the NEET entrance examination and the counseling conducted by the U.P Government.

Candidates who are willing to take up admission to M.D (Hom.), must satisfy the following criteria:

1. Must have passed BHMS (either Direct or Graded) degree or its equivalent, which comes under the Central Council of Homeopathy.
2. Must have completed the internship on or before the deadline of the form submissions.
3. The minimum mark of at least sixty percent from a recognized university under the Medical Council of India.
4. Must have passed the AIAPGET examination and also needs to attend the counseling conducted by the Government of UP.
