I had seen many students falling prey to fake colleges and agents. I just want to inform you of the colleges and how to choose a BSc nursing college suitable for you in Bangalore.

As you can see from the list, there are 50+ nursing colleges in Bangalore. I had made a checklist before choosing any college. This will help you, and share your views in the comment section below.

#1. Affiliated or Own Hospital

I would suggest every one of you give the first preference to BSc nursing colleges with an attached hospital. I am not telling you that other colleges aren’t worth it.

If you have an on-campus hospital, you will surely get much patient exposure and practical knowledge. In most cases, these colleges charge tuition fees higher than other colleges.

#2. Check the Affiliated Hospitals

If the college doesn’t have an attached hospital, it must be affiliated with any hospitals in Bangalore. Check whether the tied-up colleges are good and have excellent patient exposure.

#3. Equipment and Facilities

Here I am not talking about recreational facilities. I mean the academic facilities! 😛

The hospital and college must use the latest equipment and technologies for treating a patient.

#4. Faculties

I know colleges with the best facilities and patient exposure, but they still are not up to the mark. The reason is that they lack the best faculties.

The faculties must help the students learn and teach us to serve the patients practically. Double-check this!

#5. Location

Most BSc nursing colleges in Bangalore are on the city’s outskirts. I would suggest choosing colleges which are a bit closer to the city. In my experience, more than 70% of students are girls, and it would make their academic life safer.
