Note: You should register for KEA Counselling only if you want a seat in the dental colleges of Karnataka, otherwise you must register for the state counselling of whichever state your chosen dental college is in.

Steps to follow for BDS Program’s Admission Process

You must clear the NEET-UG entrance exam to join any dental college in India. After the results are published the state authorities and central authorities will conduct separate counselings for filling up the seats.

All India Quota and Deemed university admissions will be filled by MCC and the remaining seats will be filled by the respective state authorities.

BDS Course Fee Structure throughout India

There are very low-cost dental colleges that charge fees as less as Rs.75,000 to Rs.7 lakh per year. I suggest you go to an average college with good clinical experience. You can continue reading this article and I have given an in-depth idea about choosing a dental college for BDS admission.

Keep in mind that the neet score for bds government colleges is generally much higher and the bds course fees for such colleges is much lower, provided you get the required score. However, when it comes to bds course fees in private college it is just the opposite, ie it requires a higher fees but you only have to clear the NEET UG with a minimum passing mark.
