Important Points to Note
- All the listed documents required for ayush counselling are to be submitted to the college while reporting for admission. The original copy of the certificates and documents is only accepted by the institutions. Photocopies must be avoided.
- It is necessary to produce the original certificates during document verification at the help centers. Wrong information entered on the application or different documents may result in the cancellation of admission.
- The original certificates can be retained if submitted to any college during allotment, and the seats are cancelled or upgraded.

Additional Documents Required for State Ayush Counselling
Some additional documents apart from the above list are required for the State Ayush Counselling, which is conducted by the respective state counselling authorities.

The candidates belonging to the NRI/Non-Resident Indian category shall submit the following documents in original while reporting to the allotted college for admission. The NRI candidates must attend the document verification with the following certificates.

Additional Certificates Details
The following certificates are submitted only if the candidate belongs to that specific category. These categories are considered for reservation. Lack of valid documents or proof will make you considered as a general category candidate, and you will not be able to avail of the reservation benefits set by the government.
The following are the categories and the valid certificates and documents required for Ayush Counselling.
Disability Certificate
The candidates with benchmark disabilities belong under the category, and they must produce the Disability Certificate/ PwBD Certificate, one of the documents required for Ayush Counselling, authorized by the Medical Board for 21 Benchmark Disabilities as per the Rights of Persons with Disability Act, 2016.
An online generated PwBD certificate from the MCC portal will be issued by the designated disability centers. PwBD Certificate from any other hospital or organization will not be accepted.
Caste Certificate
The candidates under the SC/ST/OBC categories must submit relevant caste certificates issued by the competent authority. The students belonging to the SC/ST category need to submit the SC/ST Certificate, and the OBC category candidates must submit the OBC-NCL Certificate.
Income Certificate
The candidates of the general category, who fall under certain criteria of income, are eligible to apply under this category. And they must produce the GEN-EWS Certificate from a designated competent authority for the counselling.
