The private and government Ayush colleges participating in the counselling are recognized by the NCISM and NCH. NEET is the mandatory requirement for participating in the MP Ayush counselling. The NEET-qualified Students can apply under either the State Quota or All India Quota, depending on their domicile and eligibility.
The NEET-UG exam was conducted on 4 May 2025, and the NEET-UG results were published on 14 June 2025. The MP Ayush Counselling Round 1 started on September 11, 2025, and is ongoing.

Madhya Pradesh Ayush Counselling Overview
Madhya Pradesh Ayush Counselling is supervised by the Department of Ayush, Government of Madhya Pradesh. Admission is offered to Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy colleges in Madhya Pradesh, recognized by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and, National Commission for Homeopathy (NCH). The candidates have to register with the MP Ayush Counselling official website at https://ayush.mponline.gov.in/ to participate in the counselling.
NEET-UG qualification is the mandatory and primary requirement for admission to Ayush colleges in Madhya Pradesh. The Ayush Counselling reserves 85% of the seats for the domicile students of Madhya Pradesh under the State Quota. The remaining 15% seats are under the All India Quota (AIQ), where students from other states can apply to the government and private colleges in Madhya Pradesh. All India Quota (AIQ) seats counselling is conducted by the Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee AACCC.
The institutions participating in the Counselling include 24 BHMS colleges, 4 BUMS colleges, 2 BNYS colleges, and 35 BAMS colleges in Madhya Pradesh. Currently, there are no BSMS colleges in the state.

MP Ayush Counselling Eligibility
Below mentioned are the eligibility requirements to be met by the candidates to participate in the MP Ayush Counselling 2025.
Academic Requirement
- Candidates must have 10+2 from a recognized board
- Candidates must score at least 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects in the 12th standard in the case of general category candidates.
- Candidates must score at least 40% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects in the 12th standard in case of reserved category candidates.
- Candidates must have studied English as a subject in the 12th grade.
Entrance Examination
- All candidates applying for counselling must be qualified in NEET-UG 2025.
Age Limit
- As of December 2025, the age of candidates must not be less than 17 years.
Domicile Requirement:
- The domicile students of Madhya Pradesh can apply under the State Quota, while students from other states have to apply under the All India Quota (AIQ), conducted by AACCC for admission to Ayush colleges in Madhya Pradesh.
