Facilities in Chinai Nursing College
We provide clean rooms to our students and also expect that students will keep them clean. No smoking or tobacco use is allowed on the hostel premises.
Alcohol is not allowed in the hostel area. Boys’ and girls’ hostels are different, and they cannot go to each other hostels without any emergency or consent.
We provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the hostel mess. The timings for breakfast are 7 am to 8 am, lunch timings are 1 pm to 2 pm, and dinner timings are 7 pm to 8 pm.
We provide veg & non-veg food items as per the timetable.
All the students have to come to the hotel premises before 10 pm. If any student is not available, then college management will take action against them.
No parents or friends are allowed in the hostel rooms. Boys are not allowed in the girls’ hostel, and girls are not allowed in the boys’ hostel.
Parties and junk food are not allowed on the hostel premises.
We provide mineral water to our students, and they fill the water bottles whenever they want.
Parent permission is mandatory if students want to visit other places in Bengaluru; otherwise, permission won’t be given.
Hostel academics will be full for the whole year. Students have to pay in advance for the hostel rooms.
Hostel academics can change the price anytime.

Departments and Faculties

The government wants to provide high education to our generation so they can help others, and also feel proud of their jobs. To make them perfect doctors for the future, it is mandatory to provide excellent, friendly, and highly experienced teachers to our students.
Our college has a highly educated and experienced principal who teaches from the last 15 years. There are a total of 37 faculties at our college. The number of faculties is increasing as per the requirement. There are 14 faculties with M.Sc (N), all specialities. Apart from that, 20 are assistant lecturers who are highly skilled. We also have highly experienced doctors who help students during their practicals.

Library: We have a library full of almost 2500 books, journals, audio, video, magazines, and so on. Students can quickly learn their subjects and ask their teachers to help them out.

Eligibility for Admission
There are different eligibility criteria for various courses at Chinai College. Here are they:
MSc Nursing (2 years)
- 10th / 12th / BSc mark sheet and pass-out certificate.
- The candidate also has 2 years of working experience in the hospital and a certificate related to the work.
For BSc Nursing (4 years)
- 10th / 12th mark sheet and pass-out certificate.
- For the General category, the pass-out marks are 45%, and for SC/ST category, the pass-out marks are 40% of the total marks in the science subject of qualifying exams.
- The age must be 17 years.
For P.C.B.Sc Nursing (2 years)
- The student has to pass 10+2 mark sheets and certificates.
- The candidates must pass the two years of pre-university examinations.
- The general cast candidates have 45% compulsory, and SC/ST caste must pass 40% in the examination.
For Diploma Nursing GNM(3 and half years)
- The student has to pass 10+2 mark sheets and certificates.
- The candidates must pass the two years of pre-university examinations.

Documents are almost the same for all the courses. Just follow the instructions:

- For MSc Nursing, you need BSc Nursing MarkSheet and Certificate.
