The Full Course fee for a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree is on the quota of the student. There are four types of course fees to be paid, depending on the Government, Management, NRI, and NRI lapsed Quota. Students have to pay much less in Government quota than NRI ones. In the Government quota, they have to pay Rs. 4,35,000/-. But If the students want to pay according to the NRI Quota Fees, the full course amount will be up to Rs. 24,50,000/-. There is a Development Charges of Rs. 40000/- with all these fees.

After receiving the allotment letter the college instructs the students to transfer the Development charges and other fees through ONLINE / IMPS / NEFT / RTGS to the respective Bank account of the Institute. Eligibility Criteria For MBBS (UG) 

• Candidates passed Higher Secondary from Tamil Nadu State Board or Any Other State Board.
• Qualifying examination: Through the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA)
• Aspirants must be aware that admission to this college is based on the NEET scores and the rank obtained by the candidate. Except for this examination, no other entrance exam is being entertained by the college.
• Admission is determined through the central counseling process conducted by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on behalf of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
• Candidates should have qualified in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test conducted by the National Testing Agency. Those who are new candidates should have obtained the minimum percentage of marks. This is under the norms of the Medical Council of India. 
• Age limit: He/she has completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course. The upper age limit for NEET (UG) is 25 years. The students who belong to to the SC/ST/OBC category and persons entitled to reservation under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 get 5 years as age relaxation. Indian Citizens/ Overseas Citizens of India intending to pursue MBBS/ BDS from a foreign Medical/ Dental Institute also need to qualify for NEET (UG).

KMCH Institute of Health Sciences and Research Coimbatore has a well-maintained campus. So there are many facilities that students could use in their time. They are – Lecture Hall, Demonstration Rooms, Common Rooms, Labs, Library, Residential, Recreation, and Medical Facilities.

• Lecture hall – This college currently has six fully air-conditioned lecture theatres. These theaters are equipped with audio-visual aids. It makes them possible to facilitate as Lecture halls. In total, there 180 students could take lectures on different topics.
• Demonstration Rooms – KMCH Institute of Health Sciences and Research Coimbatore has seven demonstration rooms. They have a seating capacity of 90 students each. Each demonstration room is well-ventilated and they are functioned with a projector and other audio-visual aids. Teachers use them to give live demonstrations of topics related to practical knowledge and curriculum.
• Common Rooms – There is a common room at the center of this college’s premises. It is separated for both girls and boys. This common room is perfectly ventilated and air-conditioned.
