• Registration Fee:
• Rs. 5000 + 18% GST for Open/General category
• Rs. 2500 + 18% GST for SC candidates
• Application Period:
• Applications are accepted through the university website from 06.10.2024 to 10.10.2024 (by 5:00 PM)
• Note: Candidates who registered in Rounds 1 & 2 need not register again.

• Key Dates:
• Display of Vacancy Position: 05.10.2024
• Fresh Online Registration/Application: 06.10.2024 to 10.10.2024 (up to 5:00 PM)
• Last Date for Submitting Willingness: 06.10.2024 to 10.10.2024 (up to 5:00 PM)
• Last Date for Submitting Admission Application Form: 06.10.2024 to 10.10.2024 (up to 5:00 PM)
• Candidates Applying under Sikh Minority/Christian Minority Quota to Report: 10.10.2024

• For Government Colleges: Rs. 10,000/- (Half for SC/BC)
• For Private Colleges: Rs. 2,00,000/-

Important Dates After Registration

• Display of Provisional Merit List: 11.10.2024
• Submission of Willingness for 3rd Round (Including NRI Candidates): 15.10.2024 to 18.10.2024
• Display of Provisional Allotment/Result: 19.10.2024
• Last Date for Submitting Objections to Provisional Allotment: 20.10.2024 (up to 5:00 PM)
• Display of Revised Provisional Allotment/Result After Changes: 21.10.2024
• Payment of Balance Fee for Provisionally Selected Candidates: 21.10.2024 to 23.10.2024

Note: Objections can only be submitted by personal appearance along with relevant documents. Candidates who joined in earlier rounds may still be considered for selection if changes occur in the provisional allotment.

Eligibility for 3rd Round of Counseling

Candidates Who Can Apply:

• First-time applicants
• Candidates who didn’t join their allotted seat from Round II counseling

Candidates Who Need Not Apply:

• Registered candidates not allotted a seat in Rounds I and II
• Candidates who resigned/surrendered their allotted seat from the 1st online counseling with free exit by 06.10.2024

Candidates Eligible for Seat Allotment in 3rd Round:

• Group I: Registered candidates who didn’t get any seat in Round-1 or Round-2
• Group II: Registered candidates whose 2nd round allotted seat got canceled
• Group III: Candidates who reported at the allotted institute during the 2nd round and submitted willingness for the third round for up-gradation

Fees for the 3rd Round Application

• Application Fees:
• Rs. 5000/- for General category
• Rs. 2500/- for SC category
• Security Deposit Amounts:
• Rs. 10,000/- for Government Colleges
• Rs. 100,000/- for Government & Private Colleges
• Rs. 2,00,000/- for Private Colleges only
• Note: Candidates can change from Government Colleges to Private & Government Colleges with an additional security deposit of Rs. 1,90,000/-.

Payment Instructions:

• All fees should be paid online through the university’s payment gateway.
• Candidates who have already paid security amounts in previous rounds do not need to pay again if they are not allotted a seat in the 2nd Round.
