Refund Policy
- If a student drops out of a course after being accepted but before the start date, they will not be eligible for a refund of their tuition or any deposits provided to the institution, unless another applicant fills the spot left vacant by their withdrawal. Fees will be returned after deducting 10% of the total fees payable as service charges if the empty seat is filled.
- If a student withdraws from a course during the course period for whatever reason, he or she is responsible for paying the remaining course fees, returning the total stipend given by the institution up to the time of withdrawal, and forfeiting all deposits and other payments paid to the institution.
- Students who signed the one-year bond to work in SJMCH and Affiliated Hospitals and drop the course would be responsible for the bond penalty.
