Scholarships

There are two groups of scholarships available for B.Com students at this college:

Group A: Scholarships for the Economically Weak –

Students who are economically disadvantaged, especially those from rural areas, are eligible to apply for this scholarship. To be eligible, students must furnish enough evidence of their economic status, such as a community or income certificate. Additionally, students must have a good academic record, with a passing percentage of 60% or higher and an attendance rate of 75% or higher. A total of 400 scholarships are available in this group.

Group B: Scholarships for Co-Curricular and Extra-Curricular Activities – 

Students who are actively involved in literary, cultural, or sports activities at the college and can provide sufficient proof of their involvement are eligible to apply for this scholarship. The application should include the reference of at least two staff members. A total of 100 scholarships are available in this group.

Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan Chase also offered analyst roles in finance and operations at a salary of around INR 5,25,000. Most of the other organizations visiting campus for recruitment offered pay packages between INR 3,50,000 and INR 4,50,000.
