Academic Eligibility

1. Should pass PUC/12^th Standard from a school/college which comes under the Central/State Government. Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in English must be the optional subjects.
2. The combined marks of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology took together must not be less than forty-five percentage marks, in the qualifying examination.
3. Must obtain Certificate of Eligibility from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.
4. Should have completed seventeen years of age at the time of taking admissions.

Students wanting to get admission into Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) are required to fulfill the following criteria:

1. Must have a Diploma In General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) and must also be a registered nurse.
2. Should have Passed Pre-University Exams in Arts/Science/Commerce, was taken by Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka or its equivalent which is recognized by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
3. Must produce a Certificate of Eligibility from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore, in Karnataka.

Students must fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria for getting admission to the courses. The admission process is as follows:
