BDS Admission in UP 2025-26: The Complete Guidance
To get BDS admission in Uttar Pradesh (in both government and private dental colleges), students must appear for and qualify in NEET-UG 2025. They must also participate in the official counselling process. Students can apply through UPDGME (State Counselling) for private colleges and KGMC, or through MCC (All India Counselling) for AMU, BHU, and Santosh Dental College (a Deemed University). In Uttar Pradesh, minority seats are available only to UP domicile students. Students from other states are not eligible to apply for these seats. However, all other seats in private dental colleges are open to students from any state in India. No matter which state you belong to, you can participate in the admission process for these seats.
