The S.R. Education Trust is establishing a new medical college in Belur, Karnataka. This trust already operates a private medical college in Ningappa. The new medical college in Belur will be named S.R. Institute of Medical Science.
BGS Institute of Medical Sciences
BGS Global Institute of Medical Sciences is a well-recognized and reputable group in the healthcare domain in Bangalore. The BGS group already has a medical college in Bangalore city, and they are now starting their second campus in Nelamangala, which is not far from the city.
Admission Process and Fee Structure
The admission process for these new private medical colleges will be conducted through the Karnataka state counselling process, following the NEET-UG exam.
For government medical colleges the counseling process 15% will be conducted by all India counseling and 85% will be conducted by the state counsel.
